Evan Bouchard scored the game-winning goal with 381 seconds remaining and the Edmonton Oilers beat the Vancouver Canucks 4-2 in Game 5 of their first-round playoff series on Saturday night.
Connor McDavid had two assists and Leon Draisaitl scored a goal for the Oilers, who tied the series 2-2.
Elias Pettersson and Tyler Motte scored for the Canucks, who will host Game 6 on Monday night.
The Oilers controlled the play in the first period and outshot the Canucks 13-6, but Pettersson opened the scoring with a power-play goal at 11:36.
The Oilers tied it up just over two minutes later when Draisaitl scored on a rebound.
The Canucks controlled the pace of play in the second period and outshot the Oilers 17-4, but Di Giuseppe scored the only goal off a rebound at 14:43.
The Oilers came out strong in the third period and tied it up again when Kailer Yamamoto scored on a rebound at 5:19.
Bouchard then gave the Oilers the lead for good with his goal from the point.
Mike Smith made 34 saves for the Oilers, while Thatcher Demko made 29 saves for the Canucks.
